The River City Safety and Environmental Council is an association of safety, environmental and health professionals founded in 1995, whose mission is to provide low or no cost safety, health and environmental education to Western Arkansas and Eastern Oklahoma, and to provide a forum for the free exchange of ideas, a venue for networking, and a clearinghouse for safety, health and environmental news and information.
